When Wildlife Encounters contacted us, they were ready to shed the constrictions of their old website. We teamed up with this client to give them a fresh new website with proper space to talk about all of the programming and services they offer, and let us tell you it’s a lot!

We also helped the client reshape their outreach program messaging to include more detailed information about in-person and virtual services, and we neatly tucked program requirement, restriction, and organization-based FAQs into the site at relevant points. As part of this redesign and development process, we streamlined the main menu and footer navigation, inserted strategic call to action buttons and links, made phone numbers and addresses clickable, connected their social media, and developed smart forms to track program inquiries, general inquiries, employment inquiries, membership signups, and referral sources.
