What do you offer for services?

We offer a variety of services from strategic planning, brand consulting, web design, award-winning copywriting, public relations management, social media management, print advertising, and more. We are marketers, managers, writers, designers and artists. We are small business champions.

How do I define myself and my company?

To define yourself and your company, it starts with you. Before you can build a strong brand out in the marketplace, you must look within. You must think about how you define yourself and your company, and how you want to be seen in the world.

How do I know what's working and what isn't working for my brand?

At DARCI Creative, we believe that your brand is your promise. When we sit down with you for a consultation, we’ll discuss what’s working and what’s not in terms of how effectively you’re communicating and gathering your “tribe” or target audience. 

How can I be sure my marketing campaigns stay on budget?

Because we work from a strategic perspective our plans are based on specific goals, objectives and budget. Once approved, we never waiver from our established budget — unless there are opportunities that arise which are vetted to enhance results.

Would having a video be effective?

Video is one of the fastest growing marketing communication tools. Using video helps convert visitors into leads, and leads into customers. Our in-house video team offers a range of video styles, from corporate overviews to employee & product spotlights, we find that folding video into our client’s website content and social media plans helps to reach our goals faster.

What is SEO?

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It is a combination of on-site and off-site tactics to ensure that your website is easily found online. A good SEO strategy means that the incoming traffic is aligned with what the audience is searching for. Initial ranking reports help to show you how you currently rank with Google, and what you need to do for better, more relevant rankings.

What social media platforms are right for me?

With so many social media platforms, it can be confusing to know which ones are the “best” for your business. We’ll work with you to find the most effective strategy for your brand. Understanding your audience is job one. Getting  clear on who your audience is will determine where to focus your social attention: Instagram, Facebook LinkedIn, YouTube and any of the new platforms that are always coming online. 

What is pay-per-click?

Pay-per-click (PPC) is where the advertiser gets charged only when their ads are clicked. PPC is a great way to bring people to your website and convert traffic into sales. Our team will manage your Pay-per-click over time to ensure that it works with your budget. Monitoring and analyzing your PPC campaigns is essential to success and it’s a good place for A/B testing where you test the market to see which ad(s) perform best.

We are generalists, meaning that our approach is not based upon particular verticals. We welcome any business with open arms and have proven success with a wide range of businesses including HVAC providers, landscaping services, banks, medical services providers, sports medicine, retailers, e-commerce companies, schools, and more. We believe that it’s the integrated approach that leads to success and the strategic principles we rely on are not hinged on any specific “type” of business.

How will I know if my marketing plan is working?

On the macro-level, you’ll know when your sales increase. On the micro-level, we track the impact of your marketing plan with several analytical tools. We can study who is going to your website including their demographics and show you how they got there. We provide monthly reports to demonstrate results.

What's the difference between a logo and a brand?

Some people think a logo is the same as a brand. We disagree. Your logo is a graphic or visual symbol that identifies your company. It contributes to your brand’s identity with a color palette and type treatment unique to your company — it’s one piece of your brand puzzle.

Do I need a blog?

Having a blog on your website isn’t necessary, but we definitely recommend it. Think about when you’re searching for a product or service online. Are you more likely to chose a company that has an informative blog post about why their service is helpful and what it can do for you, or a company that has no blog, and little information regarding the product or service? You’re probably going to choose the company with a nicely written blog because it is the most-used tactic for distributing marketing content. Blog content can also be created and updated as often as you’d like. Add a video or utilize vlog posts for the win. We’ll work with you to create a content calendar with blog topics best for your target audience.

What type of presence should my brand have on social media?

Knowing your audience helps determine where to find them and how to communicate most effectively with them.
