We’ve got some big news to share! As we head toward our 20-year anniversary this October (October 6th, in case you want to get us presents), we’re stepping into our next chapter with a leadership update that reflects where we’re going and how we plan to get there.
Daniele Hosser and Caitlin Thayer have officially been named Managing Partners.
Daniele will serve as Managing Partner, VP of Client Experience & Brand Strategy, and Caitlin will serve as Managing Partner, VP of Operations & Finance. While the titles are new, their leadership isn’t. Both have already been deeply involved in shaping how DARCI operates, how we support our clients, and how we continue to grow.
This move simply makes it official.
We’ve always been built on strong relationships, smart strategy, and creative that actually works. That foundation isn’t changing, but how we evolve from here matters. This leadership transition is an intentional step forward. It reflects how we’re tightening processes, improving how work flows through the agency, strengthening the client experience, and continuing to raise the bar on what we deliver.
As Darci puts it, this is about building an agency that is aligned, productive, and built for what’s next.
Daniele’s Focus: Client Experience & Brand Strategy. Daniele has been leading client relationships at DARCI for years, helping businesses clarify who they are, what they stand for, and how they show up in the market. She has a way of connecting the dots between brand, messaging, and real business outcomes. That’s not easy to do, and it’s a big part of why our clients trust us. In her role as Managing Partner, VP of Client Experience & Brand Strategy, she’ll continue to elevate how we partner with clients while also guiding long-term brand strategy and growth initiatives across the agency.
Caitlin’s Focus: Operations & Finance. Caitlin has been behind the scenes building the systems that make everything work. From operational structure to financial discipline, she’s helped create the foundation that allows DARCI to deliver consistently strong work while continuing to grow in a sustainable way. As Managing Partner, VP of Operations & Finance, she’ll continue refining processes, improving efficiency, and making sure the agency is built to scale without losing what makes it special.
This next phase of DARCI is about bringing everything together — strategy, creativity, and operations — in a way that feels seamless for our clients and sustainable for our team.
We care deeply about the work we do, the people we work with, and the environment we’re building internally. That means continuing to invest in our team, maintaining high standards, and staying grounded in the values that got us here in the first place. As we approach 20 years, this moment feels both like a milestone and a starting point.
