The Challenge

Piscataqua Landscaping and Tree Services has faced new challenges growing from a small, family-run business with just a handful of employees to a household name on the Seacoast, New Hampshire Lakes Region, and Greater Portland Area with over 300 employees. PLTS needed to solidify their brand as the go-to landscaping company in every community they serve. Their ultimate goal for their new locations was to draw in long-term, repeat clients to ensure sustainable growth.

The Execution

DARCI’s integrated marketing plan includes consistent, strategic email marketing to keep PLTS fresh in its customers’ minds. A series of memorable direct mailers including umbrellas, coffee mugs, and rocks glasses were sent to ideal client’s homes as an introduction technique. This on-going campaign has attracted lasting clients, with many referencing their gifts to this day. This approach gives PLTS a personalized and community-based feel, helping them connect with their target audience. Direct mail can make a big impact, an out of the box approach ensured that the PLTS brand would stay top of mind. DARCI created a PLTS brand book for their team to use to streamline their internal and external branding, improving brand consistency.
